Overview/What to Expect: Join the Southwest Florida Healthcare Coalition for a three-hour virtual tabletop exercise that has been designed to evaluate your organization’s incident command structure. During the exercise, participants will engage in both large group and breakout group discussion. Following the exercise, participants will receive all exercise documentation, an After-Action Report/Improvement Plan, and a Certificate of Participation.

What You’ll Get:

• Up to three (3) hours of a virtual tabletop exercise facilitated by an HSEEP-certified exercise specialist
• Opportunity to evaluate your organization’s incident command structure.
• An Situation Manual (SitMan)
• Completed HSEEP-compliant After-Action Report / Improvement Plan 
• Certificate of participation
