To bolster preparedness for a medical surge, response partners across Charlotte County should participate in this medical response and surge hybrid functional exercise. This exercise will simulate a surge in patients at local healthcare facilities. This hybrid exercise will blend real-time, hands-on functional components for front-line responders at hospitals and EMS agencies with virtual, discussion-based elements for agency leadership and support functions within the Emergency Operations Center.
