Virtual Continuity of Operations (COOP) Planning Tabletop Exercise

Join the southwest Florida healthcare coalition for a virtual exercise designed to test your COOP and provide you with some tips and tricks for design and implementation. During the exercise you will participate in facilitated, scenario-based discussions.

Following the exercise, participants will receive an After-Action Report / Improvement Plan and a Certificate of Participation. 

What You’ll Get:

• Up to three (3) hours of a virtual tabletop exercise facilitated by an HSEEP-certified exercise specialist.
• Opportunity to evaluate your organization’s plans, policies, and procedures. 
• A Situation Manual (SitMan).
• Completed HSEEP-consistent After-Action Report/Improvement Plan.
• Certificate of participation.
