EOC Operations and Planning for All-Hazards Focuses on the core functions, processes, and best practices necessary to ensure effective and repeatable performance of an emergency operations center at any level. The core functions and processes are reviewed and demonstrated via facilitated discussion and classroom activities. The participants gain practical experience via a series of interrelated activities and exercises supported by a state-of-the-art computer simulation system and are coached by instructors who have extensive emergency operations and management experience.
